Moris Beracha.- Practicing mindfulness throughout the day is one of the first habits you must work on, because it will bring positive effects in all areas of your life. By being aware, you enjoy more day to day, you are more in tune with your own needs and, most importantly, you will begin to enjoy the present. The fundamental thing is to create opportunities throughout the day to be mindful and get your attention back to the moment. Moris Beracha.- The goal of Mindfulness is to increase self-awareness, connecting body and mind to create a sense of calmness. This practice has proven benefits to relieve and reduce stress. If you want to start and give Mindfulness a chance, there are several ideal exercises to start with. Universia includes some very simple activities. Find a candle, light it and sit in front of it. Observe the flame for one minute, think only of the light. You can use an alarm to indicate when the time is over. It is normal that in tense situations our breathing is brief, superficial and centered in the chest. You can use techniques that, after a long-period practice, produce soothing and anti-inflammatory effects for mind and spirit. The brain under polar circumstances (i.e., calm and happiness versus stress and depression) produces a dramatically different set of chemical mediators, including cortisol, one of the master switches of inflammatory responses. In addition, the brain transmits nerve signals consisting of two alternative parts: the sympathetic system, designed to accelerate acutely, but at a chronic cost; and the parasympathetic system, designed to calm. It is a cryptocurrency that could be (and it is already) the new way of doing business when become digital money and, most importantly, universal. High electricity usage is essential for Bitcoin mining

Moris Beracha.-  Getting bitcoins requires “mining”. This action does not involve a physical digging, since bitcoins are digital. However, it consumes more electricity. According to figures from Morgan Stanley and Alex de Vries, an economist who tracks the use of energy in the industry, the computer power needed to create each digital token consumes at least as much electricity as the average American household burns through in two years. On the other hand, the entire network supporting Ethereum gobbles up another country’s worth of electricity each day. Also, De Vries estimated that each bitcoin transaction currently requires 80,000 times more electricity to process than each Visa credit card transaction.
